The records in the OpenBase database, Company, are retrieved as the user types the company name. After each letter is typed, an XMLHTTP query is submitted. Unlike a traditional submit where the page is refreshed, only the 'seach object' is refreshed. This type of interface uses JavaScript, however custom JSP tags are available for similar purposes.
